Off season: Jan 2nd -May 26th/Aug15-Sept30, Nov 1st-Jan 2nd is $650.00 weekly; $110.00 a day, minimum 2 days. High season: Memorial weekend thru Labor day and Oct.1st-31st is $750.00 weekly and $125.00 a day, minimum 2 days. Thanksgiving week is $125.00 a night, mininum 3 nights. Christmas week is $750.00, Christmas and New Years is $150.00 minimum 2 nights. Holidays are $150.00 per day, 3 night minimum paid in advance. A $150 security deposit is required and is refundable after inspection by housekeeping. HOUSEKEEPING FEES ARE  $50.00 per Rental.
