$1000 weekly or $150 per night, minimum 2 nights.
Thanksgiving week is $750, minimum 3 nights.
Christmas week is $750, minimum 3 nights.
There is a minimum 2 night rental that applies year round.
Maximum occupancy is 10 people unless otherwise approved by owner.
Rates are subject to change unless confirmed by reservation.
All check-in’s are after 3:00 pm and check-out is no later than 11:00 am.
A $200 security/damage deposit is required and is refundable after inspection by housekeeping.
HOUSEKEEPING FEES ARE $75.00 per Rental.

We accept cashiers checks, postal money orders, and/or personal checks (with time to clear the bank). We require 1/2 the total amount to reserve, with the remainder due no later than 2 weeks before check-in.
Cancellations made prior to 30 days before arrival will receive a full refund minus a 10% cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 30 days of arrival date.
ALL Check-in’s are after 3 PM and Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
